The information
What we collect.
When you order, correspond, or subscribe, we collect only what is needed to serve you — your name, delivery address, email, phone number where you offer it, and the details of your order. We do not ask for information we have no reason to hold.

The purpose
How we use it.
Your information is used to fulfil the order, to write to you about it, to answer questions you have written to us, and — only where you have chosen it — to send the occasional letter from the house. Never anything more.

The house of hands
Who processes it on our behalf.
A small circle of carefully chosen services help the house operate: Shopify, which powers our storefront and checkout; our payment providers, which see only what a payment requires; our shipping partners, which see only what a parcel requires; and Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which receive pages visited, sarees viewed or added to the bag, approximate city/region, device and referring site so we can understand how the site is used and how our marketing performs. Neither is used on sign-in, account or Styling Room pages. Each is bound by its own privacy obligations. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

The site uses essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and — where you allow it — analytics cookies to help us understand which pages are read. You may refuse non-essential cookies in your browser without losing the ability to shop.

Your rights
The things you may ask of us.
You may write to the house at any time to see, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent to marketing letters. We reply within a reasonable time, and always by the same email that received the request.

How long we keep it
As long as needed, not longer.
Order records are kept as long as accounting and consumer law require. Correspondence is kept while it remains useful to serve you. Marketing preferences are honoured until you tell us otherwise.
