A return or replacement is accepted only for damage (a tear, stain or border damage), a wrong piece, or a missing item — and only with a continuous, uncut video of the parcel being opened for the first time. Request it within seven days of delivery, with the saree unworn and in its original packaging. Pre-booked and bespoke pieces are not returnable.
